Our First 3-D Movie Experience

We took Little Man to see Up yesterday. It was his first movie theatre experience. He managed to make it to the halfway point before saying, "I want to go home." I expected as much. The movie was in 3-D. He only kept the glasses on for a few minutes at a time. It would have been easier if the glasses had actually fit. The ones they offered him were made for adults with gigantic heads. Seriously, the glasses didn't even fit me. How did they expect them to sit comfortably on a child's face? All complaints aside, the movie was great. All three of us enjoyed several laugh-out-loud moments. I'd recommend this movie to anyone. We'll definitely buy Up when it comes out on DVD.

I have heard nothing but rave reviews about this movie! I might have to go borrow someone's kid and check it out!

My little sis wanted to see it and my family all vehemently said no. Now I feel a little guilty!

Brave.

I'm not sure what mine would do at the movies.

The free summer movies start next week and all six of the big kids want to go, but I am wondering if the tornado will make it miserable for everyone.
