Open Letters to the Cast of 90210

Dear Annie and the actress who plays you,

You both need acting lessons. I can't wait until the police find out you killed a homeless man. I'm hoping it will mean an end to your character's storyline. I despise you.

Dear Adriana,

You're really pretty. I'm counting down the weeks until you get yourself in trouble again. Will it be drugs? Will it be Teddy? I'm thinking both.

Dear Kelly,

I don't think I'm alone when I say this. How in the hell did you end up being a Guidance Counselor?

Dear Rumer Willis,

I didn't know you were going to be on 90210. Good for you. Want to know what's not good for you? That red hair.

Dear the guy who plays Teddy,

You shouldn't be playing a high school kid when you look thirty-five. Just sayin'.

Dear Silver,

I love your new haircut. I'm going to print off this picture and show it to my stylist. I hope you don't mind.

Dear Mr. Matthews,

Please shave. Some guys can pull off the scruffy look. You cannot.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Principal,

Find a marriage counselor, quick. Affairs and divorce are imminent.

Dear Dixon,

You're really going to date a chick who's already graduated from college? Really? Girlfriend could go to jail.

Dear Naomi,

You are such a bitch. I love you!

PS: I can't wait until you find out Liam slept with your sister. CATFIGHT!

Dear Liam,

Tell Naomi what you did. Pretty please!

The Talk of Tinseltown; A Wedding & A Giant Baby

Halle Berry continues to flame the rumor fires by wearing baggy clothes. Is she pregnant or not? No one knows.

Khloe Kardashian is marrying her boyfriend, Lamar Odom, this weekend. He plays for the Lakers. They've been dating for a month!

Actor Randy Quaid and his wife Evi were arrested on charges of burglary. The've been accused of visiting some of the swankiest hotels in California without paying for the rooms.

Mackenzie Phillips sat down with Oprah to discuss her tell-all book. Mackenzie opened up about a long-term incestous relationship she had with her father, John Phillips of the Mamas and the Papas. Some relatives believe her. Others don't. Mr. Phillips can't deny or defend since he died in 2001.

Charlize Theron would love to play Catwoman in the next Batman film. I, for one, think she'd be perfect. Look at her!

A lady in Indonesia gave birth to a NINETEEN POUND BABY! In case you were wondering, it was not a vaginal birth. Whew!

Life & Style magazine is reporting that Kristen Stewart and Rob Pattinson plan to go public with their relationship in the December issue of Harper's Bazaar. They will open up about their love affair with a tell-all interview and photoshoot. I can hear the screams now. Say it isn't so!

I haven't done one of these since July.

Current Album
Sci-Fi Crimes, Chevelle

Current Songs

Autumn and I, we are friends.

Today is the first day of fall.

Fall is, by far, my favorite season.

Here are five reasons why I love fall.

1. College Football

2. Hoodies

3. Fall Tv Shows

4. The Colors

5. Halloween

Tell me. What do you love about fall?

(Please don't tell me how much you love summer.)

The Talk of Tinseltown; Dancing, Dresses & Dogs

Patrick Swayze lost his battle with cancer this week. Dirty Dancing and Point Break are my favorite Swayze films. What are yours?

Megan Fox admits to being a little crazy in the latest issue of Rolling Stone. She says she'd never own a gun because she'd eventually shoot her boyfriend, Brian Austin Green, with it. She wouldn't shoot to kill. She'd just shoot him in the leg.

Unless you're living under a rock, you know about Kanye West's latest tirade. He stole the microphone from Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech at the MTV Video Music Awards. He wanted everyone to know that Beyonce's video was better. He's since apologized to Taylor, her mom and the public. It's not the first time he's shot off at the mouth. It won't be the last.

I'm still not sure why the Kardashian sisters are continually in the spotlight. Kim says Kourtney refuses to buy maternity clothes. She chooses to wear Khloe's regular clothes instead because they're so big. She loves wearing Khloe's tops as dresses.

Jessica Simpson saw a coyote take off with her dog this week. Since her dog is fast, Jessica thinks she's ok.

Martha Stewart seems to think Jessica's dog is toast. She says, "Get another dog."

Random of the Day; My Favorite Poem

Porphyria’s Lover
by Robert Browning

The rain set early in tonight,
The sullen wind was soon awake,
It tore the elm-tops down for spite,
And did its worst to vex the lake:
I listened with heart fit to break.
When glided in Porphyria; straight
She shut the cold out and the storm,
And kneeled and made the cheerless grate
Blaze up, and all the cottage warm;
Which done, she rose, and from her form
Withdrew the dripping cloak and shawl,
And laid her soiled gloves by, untied
Her hat and let the damp hair fall,
And, last, she sat down by my side
And called me. When no voice replied,
She put my arm about her waist,
And made her smooth white shoulder bare,
And all her yellow hair displaced,
And, stooping, made my cheek lie there,
And spread, o'er all, her yellow hair,
Murmuring how she loved me — she
Too weak, for all her heart's endeavor,
To set its struggling passion free
From pride, and vainer ties dissever,
And give herself to me forever.
But passion sometimes would prevail,
Nor could tonight's gay feast restrain
A sudden thought of one so pale
For love of her, and all in vain:
So, she was come through wind and rain.
Be sure I looked up at her eyes
Happy and proud; at last I knew
Porphyria worshiped me: surprise
Made my heart swell, and still it grew
While I debated what to do.
That moment she was mine, mine, fair,
Perfectly pure and good: I found
A thing to do, and all her hair
In one long yellow string I wound
Three times her little throat around,
And strangled her. No pain felt she;
I am quite sure she felt no pain.
As a shut bud that holds a bee,
I warily oped her lids: again
Laughed the blue eyes without a stain.
And I untightened next the tress
About her neck; her cheek once more
Blushed bright beneath my burning kiss:
I propped her head up as before,
Only, this time my shoulder bore
Her head, which droops upon it still:
The smiling rosy little head,
So glad it has its utmost will,
That all it scorned at once is fled,
And I, its love, am gained instead!
Porphyria's love: she guessed not how
Her darling one wish would be heard.
And thus we sit together now,
And all night long we have not stirred,
And yet God has not said a word!

Thoughts?

Eric, My Fake Vampire Boyfriend

Sticky notes, notepads and calendars cover my desk. I conducted back to back interviews for three days. Another month end close is looming. I need to work on next year's budget. I need to clean my house. I need to put away several loads of laundry. I do not need to spend anymore money. Target, Payless and Barnes & Noble ended up with most of it. I now have a Twilight calendar for my cubicle. I have two adorable pairs of heels. I may have also picked up some fashion jewelry and another handbag.

Since I'm in a sharing mood, here are some pictures of my favorite vampire. I still love Edward, but sadly he's fallen into second place behind True Blood's Eric Northman.

I will never forget.

Many lives were lost on September 11, 2001. It's a day I'll never forget. I'd like to thank all of the police officers and firefighters who gave their lives to save people they didn't know. They do it every day without hesitation. As a firefighter wife, I am proud to call my husband a hero. He doesn't think he is one, but I do.

"When a man becomes a fireman, his greatest act of bravery has been accomplished. What he does after that is all in the line of work." -- Chief Edward F. Croker
