She spins until she falls down.

It's been a long and strenuous week. I've been up late every night. Winter Olympics, I wish I knew how to quit you. I've been stressed to get things done at work. I'm going to Massachusetts for a conference tomorrow. I'll be back Wednesday night. I haven't flown in almost three years. I'm mostly looking forward to it. I've already bought snacks, glossy magazines and a few good reads. I will miss my family, but plan to spend my nights enjoying the peace and quiet of my hotel room.

Have a wonderful time. I wish I could just get one night away by myself. My two year old had a bad night and slept on my head last night. Literally. Every time I moved her off, she climbed back over.

sometimes i love the feel of a huge, comfy king-sized hotel bed and nice goose-down pillows and duvets. a good book, my laptop, and some earl grey tea is all i need.

and seriously, the winter olympics are turning me into a walking zombie!!!! hahah

Ohh, I am indeed a little jealous of your solitary plane ride. What books do you have to read?

Wishing you safe travels! And this post *really* makes me want to go on The Husband's next business trip with him!! That time alone while he's working is lovely!

That sounds absolutely blissful. Enjoy!

And I was just telling J, I've really been enjoying the Olympics, but I'm ready for them to be over, so we can spend our tv time glued to all the regular shows. Haha.

I'm jealous of the alone time, but flying makes me poop.

Enjoy some alone time! I am hooked on the Olympics as well, except curling (is that really a sport??).
