1. Read 30 books. (7/30)
I read two more books bringing my total to seven.
The Help, Kathryn Stockett - 4 out of 5 stars
Switched, Amanda Hocking - 4 out of 5 stars
If you'd like to keep up with what I'm reading, you can follow me at Goodreads.

2. See 8 movies in the theater. (2/8)
On Friday night, The Hero and I talked my mom into babysitting so we could go to the movies. I picked Scream 4. I don't particularly care for gory movies, but I can handle suspense. Besides, these movies are over-the-top cheesy. If you've seen one Scream, you've seen them all. It's the same story again and again with new people to kill. I laughed. I covered my eyes. I yelled at the actresses on tv. "Why are you running up the stairs, you dumb bitch?" It wasn't spectacular, but it was exactly what I expected.
I also really really really want Courteney Cox and David Arquette to get back together. He's her lobster.
5. Go to the gym at least 3 days a week.
I guess it's as good a time as any to let you know this hasn't been happening. Like, not at all... #fail
6. Keep an exercise log.
I've been a lazy bum for weeks and weeks. I had a moment over the weekend when I realized I needed to get off my ass. Today marks Day 1 of the 30-Day Shred. I plan on keeping a log which will include what I eat and the exercises I complete. Wish me luck!
7. Be bikini ready byMay 1June 1.
I've pushed this back because May 1 isn't feasible. I don't need to lose weight, but I do need to trim and tone. If I watch what I eat and exercise, this can and will happen. If it doesn't, I'll just change it to July. (Duh.}
19. Watch 20 movies from my Netflix queue. 2/20
I have been slacking on my at-home movie watching because I have so many tv shows to watch. This should pick up when my shows are on summer hiatus. So far, I've only watched two. I give both of these two thumbs up.

43. Take more pictures.
I'm definitely winning at this one. I've taken a ton of pictures with my camera and iPhone.
45. Tear out everything in my flower beds and plant new stuff in the spring.
I wanted to do this. I asked my husband to help me. I asked his fellow firefighter and buddy to help me. No one helped me. The ugly bushes and shrubs are still there. I guess we could still pull them up, but it would have been easier in the winter when they were mostly dead. #fail

How are you coming along on your 2011 goals

I just added you as a friend o goodreads and funny I just finished the help
I loved The Help. Have you seen the movie trailer? I wasn't too sure about some of the casting choices, but I feel better now that I've gotten a glimpse of the movie.
I loved Scream 4. I am not into gory slasher movies, but these are just plain silly and fun, which is why I love them. And I want Courtney and David to get back together too. I just keep having this feeling they will. Because you're right. He's her lobster.
LMAO.....He's her Lobster!
You're the Best!
When you are done reading the tryelle serires...jump to the "my blood approves" series by the same author. It is a fun read as well, and worth your time! Hard to beat Twilight, but My Blood Approves is a lot like it, but a little vampier!
Loved The Help!!
We watched The Fighter not too long ago...thought it was a great movie. Christian Bale definitely deserved that Oscar.
I love that you said he was her lobster!
I gotta get out and pull up some dead plants this week. that is my goal and it has to happen!!
I fear my yard is the saddest of the neighborhood

a. I loved The Help!
b. I'm obsessed with the Shred between doing that 3-4 times a week and watching what I ate I lost 50 lbs. I'm a convert and as soon as I have this baby I'm getting back to Shredding :)
I fell asleep during The Fighter.. snooze fest!
All I wanna know is who was the killer in Scream 4.
Doing the 30 Day Shred too - love it! Although I don't do it every day. ;)
I've been slacking at doing my Project 52 update posts too. I'm still just plugging away at the same stuff, so I really have nothing exciting to report.
I haven't seen The Fighter yet, but I really want to. Love MarkyMark and Christian Bale.
Are you going to start an online book club? Wasn't that one of your goals?
hehe, somehow I just feel like Courtney could do so much better than David. He's a NUT! But I wonder if this movie rekindled their romance. Isn't the first scream when they fell in love?
Hey, if you're crossing anything off your list you're winning in my book!
He's her lobster....Awwwwww. I miss Friends!
Haven't looked at your blog in a while so it took me about an hour to get through everything. I love it all as usual. Still my favorite blogger!!!
Oh, I read the Help also but did not like it at all. I had the hardest time getting through it.
I need to keep checking your blog daily again (and blogging) so I stay in the loop with the celebrity world :)
Sounds interesting! Thanks for stopping by. Enjoy your weekend!
Love it! Great post and I can't wait to read The Help. Thanks for visiting. I hope you can link up for next week's Fashion Friday's! By the way, how did you trademark your name? Kori xoxo
1- Loved The Help: easily my favorite book last year.
2- Her lobster! AWWW.. I really hope they get back together.
3- I'm starting The Shred again this week. Jillian Michaels is an evil bitch, but it definitely works.
Date Night was so funny! Loved me some shirtless Marky Mark.
