Eight days after being dubbed the Most Hated Celebrity in a Star magazine poll, Gwyneth Paltrow was chosen by People magazine as the World's Most Beautiful Woman. Star readers actually hate Gwyneth Paltrow more than Chris Brown. So, basically, Star magazine readers are idiots. Along with Gwyneth, People chose nine other fab ladies for their 2013 Most Beautiful list. You can pick up the full issue on newsstands and in stores tomorrow.
Gwyneth Paltrow, 40
Gwyneth feels most beautiful when she's with family.
"Around the house, I'm in jeans and a t-shirt. I don't really wear makeup."
Kerry Washington, 36
While her character is usually unflappable, Kerry finds beauty in how her own life isn't so.
"I don't have to be perfect. All I have to do is show up and enjoy the messy, imperfect journey of my life."
Zooey Deschanel, 33
Zooey believes you define your own beauty.
"I can try to look like other people if I'm playing a role, but I like to serve my own sense of what I think is beautiful.
You have to be true to yourself."
Jane Fonda, 75
Access Hollywood asked Jane to reveal her beauty secrets.
"Good genes and a lot of money."
"If you feel good in your skin, it comes through your eyes and your face and your smile."
Jennifer Lawrence, 22
Jennifer talked to Elle about her near-nude role in X-Men: First Class.
"I knew that if I was going to be naked in front of the world,
I wanted to look like a woman and not a prepubescent 13-year-old boy.
I'm so sick of people thinking that's what we're supposed to look like."
Kelly Rowland, 32
Kelly didn't always believe in her own beauty.
"I went through a period where I didn't embrace just being a chocolate, lovely brown-skinned girl.
Embrace everything that you are as a woman, even your flaws."
Halle Berry, 46
Halle feels her short hair empowers her, but doesn't define her.
"It's just an accessory that I get to wear, like a handbag or shoes."
Drew Barrymore, 38
Drew believes your beauty is reflected by what you feel on the inside.
"Happiness is the best makeup any woman can wear.
It's all about the inside; that's where the poison or the sunshine lays."
Pink was told she'd never be on magazine covers because she's not pretty enough.
"I'm totally comfortable with that.
I know my strong points. I work hard, I have talent, I'm funny and I'm a good person."
Amanda Seyfried, 27
Amanda is ok with not looking like everyone else.
"I want something different about me. I'd rather not be ordinary looking."
