To Idaho + Back

I didn't intend to be absent from the blog for a week. I missed you awesome people! My laptop totally bit the dust. As luck would have it, the hard drive has gone out. I'm having it replaced since it's way cheaper than buying a new PC. I should have my pretty pink computer back in a few days. Until then, you get the briefest of updates from work.

I just came back from a trip to Boise, Idaho for work. Who knew Boise was so awesome? The weather was gorgeous. The sun stayed out until nearly ten. The people were incredibly nice. They have mountains there! Not to mention the fact that everything was paid for, including some pretty delicious meals. If you ever get to Boise, you have to give Barbacoa a try. It is the coolest restaurant. Now, I'm happy to be home. I missed my family like crazy.

So, what have you been up to?

Aww sorry about your computer, that sucks!! Hopefully it's not too expensive of a fix?

I'm glad you had a good trip! We really want to drive to Yellowstone, and Boise is on the way, so we'll stop there for sure. But we have to wait a few years. My kids are monsters in the car after an hour. If you think that's pretty...come to Seattle!

This looks like a great trip indeed even if it was just for work. Sorry about your computer - we missed you too!!! Those wedges are amazing!

I love work trips that are just a couple of days. It is so nice to sit in a hotel room and be able to do whatever you want without a child (or husband) making demands, haha!
