15 Songs That Will Never Get Old

It's finally Friday. This weekend's plans include a movie or two, some outdoor sports fun and March Madness in my pajamas. Go Wildcats!

Now, let's get on with today's post. It was inspired by this post from Kym at Travel Babbles. I love music and listen to almost every genre out there. Here's a list of songs that never fail me. If I hear any of them, I'm going to stop what I'm doing and sing sing sing! Or, in some instances, rap rap rap! Maybe even dance dance dance!

Wonderwall, Oasis

Shoop, Salt-N-Pepa

Jailhouse Rock, Elvis Presley

The Stroke, Billy Squier

Drop It Like It's Hot, Snoop Dogg

I'll Be There For You, Bon Jovi

Stay (I Missed You), Lisa Loeb

To Be With You, Mr. Big

The Joker, Steve Miller Band

More Than Words, Extreme

Just A Friend, Biz Markie

Baby Got Back, Sir Mix-A-Lot

Cry Me a River, Justin Timberlake

My Heart Will Go On, Celine Dion

Ignition (Remix), R. Kelly

What are some songs you never get tired of hearing?

I'll Be There For You is possibly my favorite Bon Jovi song of all time! Mom's is Bed of Roses. We're a couple of saps. :')

My sister and I had 'Stay' on a tape and we'd play it really fast or really slow and still sing along with it. Best memories of that!

Shoop was my jam at karaoke. yeah, I rapped that!

Anything by Boston, Kansas, or basic pop hair metal I will NEVER tire of. I also really love old school hip hop as well.

And Pearl Jam I think they are on repeat at our house 24/7.

Soooo many of these are my all-time favorites too. Wonderwall is high school for me. Sometimes I have to catch my breath when I hear it. I love Stay, To Be With You, More That Words, Just A Friend, Cry Me A River (poor Brit), and Ignition SO MUCH! I prefer Whatta Man from SnP though.

Every single one of those minus Celine Dion, would be on my list. I can't do Celine anymore.

Pump up the jam and Supersonic would be two more I would add to mine!

I must be doing something wrong as a mother. I played More Than Words for my 13 year old the other day and she looked at me like I was an alien!! She hated it!

How...on God's green earth...can she hate that song?

Maybe I should have paid closer attention in the parenting
