2015 Critics' Choice Awards Fashion
+ a $50 Amazon Gift Card Giveaway

The Critics' Choice Awards were last night. I've never actually watched this awards show, but I'm guessing it's pretty similar to the rest. I don't know that I really love any of these looks. I can appreciate that some of them are different though. I hate seeing the same thing over and over again.

It's not the greatest dress, but I like that it's different.
I think her hair and makeup pull it all together.

I like her hair and makeup too.
Something about this dress doesn't work for me.
Does it need a belt?
Is it the contrasting materials?

She looks great, and I like the top half of the dress a lot.
I hate that it's wrinkled.
I also hate the length.

If this dress were short, it'd be perfect.
Still sitting over here hating a sheer bottom.

I usually don't like what she wears.
This is a huge improvement.

I don't like anything about this.

I love this dress, especially the shape.
I just wish the cutout had been a little bit smaller.

This is such a pretty dress.
A nude lip would have been better though.

I don't like this color on her.
I like the dress from the waist down.
The top half is old lady to me.

She looks so much better than she did at the Globes.

I'm not feeling this at all.

I like the pink and black, but not the actual dress.

I don't know why this is considered stylish.
All I can think is that the poor gal forgot her shirt.

I don't hate the dress. It's cute.
But why those shoes?

I'll give her credit for never boring me.
I don't love this though.
It's just... big.

It's different, but not good different.

She looks like a bride with bad hair.

Keira, why are you doing this to us?
You're so beautiful.
Why must your maternity gowns be so odd?

I think Jamie Chung is my favorite look of the night. I still can't believe she started out on The Real World. No one else is really speaking to me. I don't watch this show either. Who cares about the critics. Haha!

I like Jenny's look but I agree the length is all wrong. Maybe they got hem happy - and she got heel happy. If I remember correctly she's pretty short. Hilarious but short.

So agree with all your comments!

Marion Cotillard & Amy Adams....so beautiful but just terrible dresses, OMG!

Julianne Moore, love her look.

Love Jennifer Aniston & nice to see her trying something other than the LBD & strappy sandals BUT too much cleavage here, not flattering at all.

Diane Kruger - just too much fabric.

Rosamund Pike's dress is so unflattering on her, I think she should avoid white & needs colour, I don't like her but can't wait to see what she wears to the Oscars.

My favourite dress here is Rosario Dawson, she looks great.

I really want to go to a super fancy event someday where I can wear a beautiful gown like the ones these celebs wear!

Yeah, I am not into most of those dresses. I really don't like the "oh look I forgot a shirt" dresses. Not sure why those dresses continue to be so popular, they do not look good on 99% of women.

Love some of those dresses!

I so agree with you on these dress/outfits! I'll never understand letting your breasts just totally hang out. I blame it on Jennifer Lopez's MTV dress back in the day. Ever since then, more and more chest is being shown. lol

I used to blog about my thoughts on fashion during award season. I don't know why I stopped. Thanks for the reminder, and keep up the great posts!
